Downstairs

Entry to the property is via the front 'cave', an earth-floored room in the left hand house used as a store room for bicycles, wellies and household/renovation materials/tools. This cave leads to the toilet, back garden and kitchen. The Kitchen has a five-ring gas hob and oven (bottled gas), a large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is sufficient cutlery and crockery for 12 people and a table that will extend to seat them all!

New kitchen units are about to be fitted.

The lounge has a large wood burning stove and three settees, two of which are sprung-base bed settees and can be used as extra beds if needed. From here there are doors to the street and the back 'cave', another earth-floored room where the barbeques and outdoor games are kept, and access to the garden.

Stairs lead upstairs from the lounge to the bedrooms.
